TERMS AND CONDITIONS  This website is run by Monkey Motorsport Ltd. and is offered, including all services and information within, on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions and the privacy policy on our website.   By buying from this website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.   We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, without prior notice, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.   You may not copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial gain, any portion of any of this website or any of the services that we offer within it.   

ONLINE STORE TERMS  We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details are correct when the information was entered.   Appearances, colours, textures or finishes may differ from that shown on your device, so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the goods that you are buying.  We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:  i) The item may be out of stock  ii) We cannot authorise your payment or suspect it may be fraudulent  iii) There has been error pricing or describing the product    You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.  Your order will be accepted once your goods are ready for dispatch.  

MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICING  Prices may change without notice.   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer without notice.   We accept no liability to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

 DELIVERY  During checkout, you may have more than one option for delivery. Where an estimated delivery time is provided, this is an estimate only. 

ORDER CANCELLATION  If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately to find out if the parcel has been dispatched. If it has, you will need to return it to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning it.  Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.  Where you have ordered a personalised or time critical item (such as event tickets or entrance fees) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.  

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY  We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.  You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.  

JURISDICTION  These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT  These terms and conditions combined with our published Privacy Policy (also available through this website) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us whether written or oral.
